I realized that Asakusa is a better point to see Skytree, the world's highest tower, than Oshiage where the tower is. Can you get the size of the tower from my picture? It looks like Godzilla, isn’t it? lol

I thought that we can’t feel a largeness like the big spire unless we keep a proper distance from it. That thought come to me in the same way when I saw the Duomo in Florence.

By the way, Asakusa has an atmosphere of Japanese good old days even now. So, the contrast between modern building Skytree and quaint town Asakusa is interesting.

I saw more other interesting things in the town, so I'd like to show some pictures to you as much as possible.

The most exciting thing was Hatsunekouji street. The street is all covered by a wisteria trellis. That’s quite cool! According to an article I read, the street is an area like petit Castro though. haha
